About the owner
Narda Barton founded Only The Best on one idea
That families shouldn't have to choose between a loved one's safety and their independence. Only The Best Home Care is a locally owned agency in Cleveland providing non-medical in-home care to older adults and adults with disabilities across the surrounding communities.
Narda leads a small team of caregivers she hires and trains personally, and she meets with every family herself before care begins.

It covers everyday support that doesn't require a nurse: companionship, bathing and dressing, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and transportation.
In most cases we can complete the free in-home consultation and begin care within a few days. Urgent situations, including hospital discharges, are handled as quickly as staffing allows.
Rates depend on the hours and level of support in the care plan. Non-medical home care is often paid privately, sometimes with help from long-term care insurance or a waiver program. We walk through the options during the consultation.
Yes. The agency is licensed and insured, and every caregiver is background-checked, trained, and supervised.
Care plans are reviewed as needs change — hours can increase, decrease, or shift to overnight and 24-hour coverage.
